She slipped in some water that was on YOUR floor and shattered her knee cap in 3 places. She still has screws in her knee that cause her pain EVERYDAY that make it difficult to walk. My sister (who was there when it happened) was told that Wal-Mart would not take financial responsibility for the accident.Sir, my mother cant even afford health insurance, and Wal-Mart is going to leave my mom stuck holding the outrageous hospital bill and harrassing collection agencys?! Lord knows your company has more cameras then fort knox, so why is it that someone cant review the tape to determine that this is not some get rich scheme? My mom somehow manages to be the most forgiving, selfless person I have ever met, despite all the things that has happened to her in her life. So it really bothers me that the quality of one more part of her life is less then she deserves it to be, and the person who is more then able to refuses to take any responsibility, let alone try to some how help. That is flat out wrong. And I refuse to be quiet about it. I will start with emailing anyone and everyone that I can. Right is right and wrong is wrong.
