WB33 Kids Fund

The CW33 Kids fund, a fund of the Robert R. McCormick Tribune Foundation, was established in 1998 as a way to stimulate charitable contributions in the Dallas/Fort Worth community. Money raised through the fundraising efforts of the Fund is matched by the McCormick Tribune Foundation and given back to our community in the form of grants. These grants are made to non-profit organizations addressing a wide range of needs and issues facing needy children and families. Since its inception, the CW33 Kids Fund has made grants totaling over $7 million to more than 66 non-profit agencies in the Dallas/Fort Worth community.

The McCormick Tribune Foundation does not make grants to programs that would financially benefit KDAF-TV, CW33, Tribune Company, or its subsidiaries.

The McCormick Tribune Foundation's primary mission is to improve our social and economic environment, encourage a free and responsible discussion of issues affection our nation, enhance the effectiveness of American education and stimulate responsible citizenship.
