CW33 Honored for Excellence in Community Service 2007
The Texas Association of Broadcasters has honored KDAF-TV/CW33 with the "Bonner McLane Public Service Award" for Excellence in Community Service.
The Bonner McLane Public Service Awards, named for TAB's longtime executive director who died in 1987, recognize Texas radio and television stations that have made outstanding public service contributions – stations that have made a difference in their community.
At CW33, we are committed to addressing issues and concerns of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. We feel our station's mission is to serve the community through strong programming, community outreach, and public affairs programming.

The objective of "A Child To Love" is to find permanent homes for children currently in the Texas Foster Care System who are available for adoption.
 Saturday August 16: United Cerebral Palsy of Greater DFW will be hosting The Life Without Limits Run, Walk, and Roll event featuring a 5k run, walking and rolling, uplifting entertainment, and family fun events.
